Meet Oso
Oso is where it all began. Our miniature poodle, Oso, is sweet, energetic, silly, and completely obsessed with being part of everything we do. He’s the reason Oso & Toro Pet Co. exists today.
From long cuddly mornings to zoomies in the yard, Oso has always been the inspiration behind our natural dog treats and handmade dog gear. He’s a picky eater with high standards and a sensitive tummy, which pushed us to create better, cleaner, collagen-packed treats we could actually trust.
Everything we make is still inspired by him. Tested, approved, and always heavily supervised (especially if treats are involved).
Meet Toro
Toro is the newest (and very important) part of our story. Full of personality, curiosity, and adventure energy, he quickly made it clear that life was about to get a lot more fun and a lot more chaotic.
With Toro came longer walks, bigger adventures, and an even deeper need for durable, reliable dog gear that could keep up with real life. He’s helped shape how we think about design, durability, and what dogs actually need when they’re out exploring the world.
Toro didn’t just join the family - he helped complete it.

We’re Frida and Erik - the humans behind Oso & Toro Pet Co. Everything started with our love for dogs and the life we’ve built around them.
What began with wanting better, more natural options for Oso turned into a small, hands-on business built from our home, our kitchen, and our everyday life with our dogs. Now, with Oso and Toro by our side, we focus on creating natural dog treats and handmade dog gear designed for real life - walks, hikes, travel, training, and everything in between.
We’re not a big company. We’re dog people building something we genuinely use every day. Every product is made with care, intention, and a belief that dogs are family - not accessories.
Oso and Toro aren’t just part of the brand. They are the brand.
